Our lives have been a little busy lately – 10 weeks ago, we welcomed this gorgeous guy into our family.
George is an absolute joy … and so far, thank God, he has shown no sign of any food allergy reactions!
Funnily enough, 4 little people under 5 and a half has meant little time for blogging 😉 … but I have been baking and experimenting. So I have about a dozen recipes waiting to share, hopefully in the coming weeks.
We have had some changes in the foods that are tolerated in our house. Ellie can now cope with a small amount of soy – and was very excited with the introduction of soy ‘ohgurt’ to her diet once a week. And as a massive bonus, she no longer has instant contact reactions to her allergens, which makes life a lot less stressful! However, the wheat and dairy trials have been huge failures 😦 Sadly for Will, he has developed a new allergy … to apples. So we are mindful of how tricky this allergy business can be!
